Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy — Perfect Box Solution

By accessing or using Perfect Box Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”) services or placing an order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy below. Please review this page before placing an order. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.

1. Introduction & Scope

Perfect Box Solution retains ownership of materials, templates, artwork, and designs used in producing custom packaging. We may display produced samples as portfolio items unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

2. Copyright & Website Content

All website content—including text, images, software, and graphics—is owned by Perfect Box Solution or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any website content without written permission.

3. Customer Accounts & User Conduct

  • You are responsible for the content you upload and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must own or have rights to any artwork submitted.
  • Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms and disclose information when legally required.

4. Artwork, Files & Proofs

  • Submit artwork in PDF/AI (high-resolution vector files), at final size with required bleed.
  • You are responsible for spelling, layout accuracy, and file correctness.
  • Production and shipping timelines begin only after proof approval and full payment.
  • Color variations are normal. Exact color matching is not guaranteed without a hard proof or Pantone Matching System (PMS) request.

5. Production, Turnaround & Shipping

  • Production begins after file approval and payment.
  • Standard turnaround: 15–18 business days within the U.S. (varies by project).
  • We operate facilities in Texas and offshore (primarily Pakistan). Production location may vary for speed and cost unless requested in advance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless a delay is directly caused by us.
  • International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and VAT unless agreed otherwise.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

Taxes apply where required (such as Texas sales tax) unless a valid tax-exempt certificate is provided.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify Perfect Box Solution for claims arising from your content, misuse, or breach of terms.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or delays outside our control.

8. Quality, Tolerances & Customer File Responsibility

  • Industry tolerances apply (±2–3 mm, and standard color variances).
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files (misspellings, wrong dimensions, low resolution, etc.).
  • Over/under-runs may occur (typically ±5%).

9. Storage & Termination

We may terminate storage with 15 days’ written notice. Uncollected goods may be sold or disposed of if not removed after notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance.

11. Shipping Claims & Re-shipment

  • Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • Lost/damaged carrier claims may only be filed after 6 business days from shipment.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will incur re-shipment and handling fees.

12. REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY

12.1 Summary

All products are custom-made; therefore, refunds are limited and strictly dependent on production status.

Custom Orders — Non-Refundable

Custom packaging orders become non-refundable once production has started.
Production includes: Material procurement, Die-making / tooling, Printing setup, Labor allocation.

These costs are non-recoverable once initiated.

Proof Approval Is Final
Once a digital or hard-proof is approved: No cancellations, No refunds, No changes, No chargebacks can be claimed.

Approved proofs are considered final and binding.

12.4 Non-Refundable Fees

The following are always non-refundable once incurred:
  • Rush production fees
  • Expedited or standard shipping fees (once carrier is paid)
  • Material procurement costs
  • Die-making / tooling
  • Labor already performed
  • Third-party/vendor costs

12.5 Refund Eligibility (Before Production)

A refund may be considered if:
  • Production has not started
  • No materials have been purchased
  • Proof has not been approved
  • No labor or tooling has begun
Refunds, if granted, are issued after deducting non-recoverable administrative costs and are at our discretion.

12.6 Rush & Expedited Charges

  • Rush production fees cannot be refunded.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delay is solely caused by us.
  • Carrier delays are not refundable.

12.7 Quality Issues, Defects & Replacements

Replacements or reprints are provided when:
  • A production defect is confirmed and attributable to us
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours
  • Valid photo/video evidence is provided
  • The issue is not caused by customer-supplied files or approved proofs
Approved claims result in reproduction or store credit, not refunds.

12.8 Color, Material & Tolerance Variations

Minor variations in size, texture, coatings, and color (within industry standards) are normal and not considered defects.

12.9 Shipping Fees & Carrier Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable after the order is shipped. We may only issue a refund if:
  • The carrier refunds us and
  • The delay/error was our responsibility

12.10 Chargebacks

Customers must contact us first to resolve any issues.

Chargebacks on custom goods produced according to an approved proof will be disputed and may result in legal/collection action and refusal of future service.

12.11 Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

Verified duplicate/erroneous charges will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

12.12 How to Submit a Claim

Email accounts@perfectboxsolution.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
  • Order number
  • Photos/videos
  • Description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days and advise on the next steps.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Perfect Box Solution is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Force Majeure – Geopolitical and Regional Disruptions

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or failure in shipment or delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, military conflict, geopolitical tensions, sanctions, governmental restrictions, carrier suspensions, port closures, or disruptions to international shipping routes, including those arising from ongoing tensions in the Middle East (including Iran, Israel, and the United States).

In such events, delivery timelines may be extended accordingly, and the Company shall not be liable for any resulting delays. The Company will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with logistics partners to minimize the impact and keep clients informed where possible.
